Hobonichitecholife is an independent online retailer based in Kent, Washington, operating through the website hobonichitecholife.com. We serve customers across the continental United States and specialize in offering carefully selected planning and stationery products, including items from the Hobonichi Techo line.
We are not Hobonichi Co., Ltd. We are not the official Hobonichi store, and we are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of Hobonichi Co., Ltd. or any other brand. We are an independent business that sources and sells products directly to US customers.
Our Story
Hobonichitecholife was created to make it easier for customers in the United States to find and purchase quality planning products without unnecessary complications. We noticed that many people were interested in Hobonichi-style planners and accessories but found it difficult to navigate international shipping, unclear return policies, or limited customer support. We wanted to offer a simpler, more transparent shopping experience.
Our team is small, but we take our work seriously. We focus on accurate product listings, secure payment processing, clear policies, and responsive customer service. We believe that buying a planner or notebook should be straightforward, and that customers should know exactly what to expect before, during, and after their purchase.
What We Offer
Through hobonichitecholife.com, we offer a range of products that appeal to people who enjoy planning, journaling, and everyday writing. Our catalog may include planners, notebooks, covers, and related accessories. Product availability can change, and we encourage you to check the website for current listings.
We ship within the continental United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Our return window is 30 calendar days from delivery for eligible items, and return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your return, though it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
For complete details, please review our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, Contact Us page, and Terms of Service. Those pages contain the full terms that apply to your order.
