Order & Shipping Help
Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us with your order number.
How long will my order take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the continental United States typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Shipping is free on all orders.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns & Refunds Help
What is the return window? You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
What condition must items be in? Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and materials included. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return? Email info@hobonichitecholife.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We do not charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and verify your return. It may then take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
